The company Marmara Kavasilas SA was founded in Rhodes in 1981 by Michael, Demokritos and Nikitas Kavasilas, replacing the Ommorithmos company that the three aforementioned men founded in 1973 and took their first business steps. They acquired their love and zeal for this profession from their father Eleftherios Kavasilas, who was the one who introduced the family to the art of marble in 1951 in Rhodes.
Today, the company has come into the hands of Eleftherios Demokritos Kavasilas and Eleftherios Nikitas Kavasilas, who continue with the same zeal, the family tradition by managing the only vertical marble processing unit in the Dodecanese, with the most modern mechanical equipment, absolute know-how of materials, undertaking and delivering the largest projects in the Dodecanese.
Belongs to the Group Aegean Stones headquartered in Athens and branches in Rhodes.
It is one of the main and most notable marble companies throughout Greece, selling their range of materials wholesale and retail in Greece and abroad.
